is governed by Articles of Incorporation and a set of By-Laws. We are a 501(c)(3) on file with the IRS. We are on file with the Florida Department of Consumer Services as a charitable organization identified as CH58559.
The Board meets four (4) times per year.

BIO

The By-Laws provide for the election of Directors during the April Annual Meeting. Current Directors may run for office as well as other members. The process allows for applications to be submitted prior to the meeting or at the meeting. If a member submits an application prior to the announcement the meeting and agenda publication (7 days prior to the meeting) their provided information will be posted on this website.
